Cheese Fondant Cake

Hello!

You may be thinking: Is this real cheese cake?

The answer is no, but I will try to make a real cheese cake fillingthe next time, not only the ouside decoration.

I was planning a birthday party for my husband, and the theme was going to be "Wine and Cheese Tasting", but unfortunately we did not do it at that time... :-( ...
Well, I had this idea in my head and I had to try to make it, at least the cake!

Last sunday I was supposed to make a cake for my class on monday...deffinetely it was not my "baking" day!

I made 4 cakes...the first one I did not follow the recipe...I changed the brand and forgot to check it...the second one kind of burned outside.... the third one did not grow....(this one I used to make the cheese fondant cake)...and finally the fourth one worked!!!

It is not difficult to make this decoration, you need to add lemon-yellow to the fondant and a little brown to make the yellow darker, like swiss cheese.

Then, you cover the cake with one thin coat...and the second layer you use different sizes of circles. Put the second layer on top of the first one.

That's is! It is cute if you organize a party and make a square shape cake, round and bigger shape cake...etc...

Fondant Lace Cake

Hello Everyone!

This was my Cake for W. C. III, second class.

For the lace, flowers and ribbons I used the regular fondant.

All my friends that tasted it preferer the marshmellow fondant, they said it tastes better.

Orange Flower Cake

That was our last Wilton 1 Class.

We did all the flowers and leaves, which I loved!

I really liked the result of this cake, the colors and decoration.

The filling was good though, walnuts strogonoff...yami!

First Cupcake

This is my first decorated cupcake!
